It was spring of 2016. The previous fall, I had beaten my half marathon PR and was determined to do it again. As a runner, I was always determined to get better, faster and stronger. I was always in competition with myself. Of course, I was following a plan and getting in all my miles but I was also doing my favorite group fitness classes on top of that – spinning, rowing, HIIT and strength training. Okay, I totally get it. Going to a new studio can be really intimidating. Trust me, I’ve had my fair share of newbie appearances. Since joining ClassPass, I’ve attended over 300 classes at boutique fitness studios across the country. Through CP, I’ve discovered classes and instructors that I love and I’ve even made IRL friends so trust me when I say the juice is worth the squeeze.
