How I cross-train with ClassPass

I was chatting with Jon Knopke the founder of Health House a few weeks ago and he was curious how many miles I log a week in conjunction to all the classes I take. He mostly asked because he was curious how my knees and other joints feel after pounding the pavement. Sweating for the wedding + BRIDE.

If you missed it, the BF and I got engaged last June. I am SO stoked to marry this dude. Because of our crazy schedules the only month we can get married is December. As much as I love Kansas City, I’ve never pictured myself as a winter bride so we decided to have the wedding in Palm Springs, California. We both love to travel so we wanted the wedding to have that destination feel for both parties. We currently live in a mid-century modern home so Palm Springs is a natural fit. The Big Day is late December 2016.
