For this years Go Girl Run training, I’ve been extremely mindful of the things I can do to keep my body healthy and injury free all with the greater idea to share those learnings with you guys.
I recently collaborated with FitWear Boutique inside the Threshing Bee at Prairie Fire for the Go Girl Run Ambassadorship. The fitness boutique features American made designers that embody athleisure. All pieces are handpicked by Gretchen (the owner) with the idea to transition from workout to go out.
