YAS we did it. The Huffington Post ranked Kansas City as the most exciting, “it” city in the United States. Most recently known for our sports success, the Kansas City Royals won the World Series, Sporting KC won the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, FC Kansas City won the NWSL title and the Chiefs made the playoffs. Beyond the field, KC is home to a load of up-and-coming local restaurants and yoga studios.
I had so much fun at my first charity workout event that I decided to plan another. Last weekend, I teamed up with MOJO Cycling Studio on the Country Club Plaza to host a Charity Glow Ride for the Victory Project. (Glow sticks were in the house!)
RoKC climbing gym opened its doors in April over in North Kansas City. All owners and investors are all natives to KC with a commitment to grow the local climbing community. This world class climbing facility is not just for climbers but for everyone. Even newbies like me!
I’m super pumped to announce that Yoga on the Pitch 2016 will be held at Children’s Mercy Park on Wednesday, June 8.
