Fusion Fly is one of my favorite places to cycle. Fusion offers a unique cycling atmosphere because a lot of the class variations incorporate aspects of your typical Fusion mat classes. This takes your standard cycle class up a notch and ensures a sweaty good time.
I’ve tried them all but my class favorites are spinTENse and The Up Side. SpinTENse is divided up by ten minute increments rotating through cycle and mat work. On the mat you’ll work your arms, abs and legs. If you can, catch a class with Erica. She will kick your a$$ and burpees will surely make an appearance. The Up Side is also a one hour class but it starts with 40 minutes of cycling (incorporating sprints, climbs and jumps) followed by 20 minutes of mat work where you will burnout your arms and abs. If you’re in more of a hurry, try Rush Hour with Anne Lock.
If you want to coast, feel super inspired and listen to good jams, try Kristin’s Journey Ride. Kristin has worked off over 150lbs with Fusion. All songs played are songs that have motivated her throughout her weight loss journey. Her class is designed for all levels so this is an awesome place to start if you’re new to cycling or Fusion.
Post class cruise over to Simple Science Juices for some cold pressed goodness. My favorites are Electro, ISO and Hydro + their paleo bites are the bomb.
