Hey y’all. For today’s post, I thought it would be fun to walk you through my average morning. I’ve been utilizing Class Pass for about two years now and I honestly can’t shake it because I love the flexibility it gives me with my workouts. Almost more so now than ever because I’m taking a break from running to focusing on low-key mindful movement and overall a more balanced workout regime. Two usual suspects in my weekly routine consist of Barre3 and a green smoothie, so I thought I’d share more about my two favorite things!
Our winter road trip is complete. Starting end of November we journeyed from Portland down the coast to Los Angeles and then to Joshua Tree before heading east to Vegas, Zion, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, + more. Joshua Tree has been on my list since we got married last year in Palm Springs. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. It’s one magical place — especially if you appreciate the landscape and the great outdoors. It really is an inspiring place.

It tracks a number of cardio activities including cycling, swimming, hiking and running — just to name a few. These features make the watch appealing for triathletes and multi-sport athletes.
