Unfortunately summer is winding down but that doesn’t mean your gym style can’t be fun and flirty. I’m currently loving affordable pieces from Senita Athletics. During the move, I lost all my essential oils. Le sigh. Fortunately for me, Young Living & Allyson Cheney hooked it up once I arrived to Portland. My most recent Instagram post inspired me to chat anxiety on a greater scale. I honestly thought about doing an Insta Story (let me know if you like those?) but after doing a run-through on my end, it would be way too long for anyone’s liking. Anxiety can be complicated like that. In this post, I’ll do an overview of anxiety, share my anxiety story and list a few ways I combat anxiousness naturally.
Summer is officially here and I’m loving this new outfit from @ChillByWill. It is one of the most versatile workout pieces I own. The crop top works perfectly for workouts, a swimsuit top or even out on the town with high-wasted pants.
This spring, Garmin announced their newest fitness gadget, the Forerunner 935. The watch includes GPS, heart rate, altimeter and barometer. The 935 also has smartwatch capabilities. It tracks a number of cardio activities including cycling, swimming, hiking and running — just to name a few. These features make the watch appealing for triathletes and multi-sport athletes. The watch can additionally estimate VO2 Max and connect to the Strava App to further provide training feedback. More on how the watch helps you train can be found here.

Since I’m still on my little sabbatical, most of my days are spent in workout wear with no makeup, hair all sorts of messy and in sneakers. If you follow me on Instagram, you know I am just a tad obsessed with sneakers. My sights have been set on the #LunarCharge for awhile now but this week, I finally made it official. I’m really feeling this neon and navy combo.
