I have a fun giveaway to share with you all courtesy of lululemon athletica Leawood at 119th and Roe. I have spots for two lucky couples for this weekends VIP sweat crawl on Sunday, November 8, 2015. The event starts at Top Golf at 10am followed by golfing for the gents and a sweaty good time for the ladies (think Bar Method, outdoor cardio and yoga!). Delicious eats to follow. YES please.

To enter you must live in the Kansas City area. All you need to do is follow WTFartlek on Instagram and reply/comment on this blog post below for a chance to win.
